I maintain clinical laboratory systems in production, where a wrong result has consequences for a patient. I build and run my own infrastructure with the same discipline: 25 subdomains and 16 services live right now on a server I administer alone.
Laboratory Information Systems (LIS): pre- and post-analytical workflow, quality control with Westgard rules and outlier tests, statutory reporting under Chilean health-ministry regulation.
A VPS I run end to end: Caddy with automatic recovery, systemd user services, monitoring, backups and deploys. I do not just write software — I operate it.
Computer vision over video — pose estimation validated against manual annotation, real-time object detection — and agent automations I use daily. Trained in machine learning through Stanford/DeepLearning.AI and in LLM application development.
Each one ships with source, a demo, or a live service you can check yourself.
Measures joint range of motion from a browser camera — no goniometer, no sensors. It began as my 2024 thesis, and revalidating it showed the result I had reported was wrong.
